When account customers order online they can see up to date balances and credit limits. New orders will check to make sure the customer has enough credit before completing the order and raising an invoice directly in Sage accounts.

Payments can also be made online, this will reduce their balance and create a sales receipt against their account automatically.

Although we sync data from Sage you can also allow customers to update their detail online. Everything from address, contacts and email addresses to save on your own admin time.

Pick, dispatch and control your ordering

Online orders are downloaded automatically and posted into Sage (or Back Office Accounts if you opt for our advanced stock control software), ready to be picked and shipped to customers.

As orders are shipped, the order status is updated online automatically, allowing you to alert customers that their order is on its way. Without the manual intervention.
