Trade counter solution integrated with Sage 50 accounts
When the staff at Woods took over the business back in 2016, they inherited an outdated solution which needed to be replaced.

An intuitive stock control system which automatically keeps track of all goods. Purpose built tablets were deployed to manage goods in and out of the business, removing all paper processes.
Seamless integration with Sage 50 accounts software means that Woods is spending far less time on manual processes. The integration also allows trade counter staff to instantly access customer pricing, balances and credit limits, without involving finance.
The unique 'haggle' feature enables trade counter staff whilst seeing what profit will be made, line by line, as well as overall profit for the transaction. This allows real-time negotiation with customers, whilst ensuring they never discount too far.
